Worried - using fetal doppler too often?

I’m 36 weeks pregnant and have a fetal doppler at home which I have used for a couple of minutes a day for most of the 2nd and now 3rd trimester. I have had a late loss so that has made me paranoid, therefore the daily doppler use however I now worry about having hurt the baby’s hearing.
Has anyone else used a doppler frequently and had their baby turn out fine?

Hi my friend used hers day and night and also in between iv never herd anyone say she shouldnt have or that it was bad for the baby so dont panic youll be fine and good luck !!!
im not sure, im almost 31wks with twin boys and i only use mine once a day just for a few minutes to hear their hb’s. you might want to ask your ob at your next visit.
You can’t hurt the baby using a doppler.
dopplers are safe, thats why the doctors use them at every appt.
