If you are seeing a heartbeat on ultrasound, I wouldn't worry that you can't hear it yet. Also with regards to the fetal doppler, my baby's heartbeat was heard for the first time at 18 weeks even tho it was there on ultrasound and there was plent of movement then I had no need to worry. x I was told that the second trimester is around 14.5 weeks.
