When can you feel baby moving inside-2nd pregnancy! + heart doppler?

Im not sure when i should feel the flutters, ad cant remember when it was with first!
Also bought a fetal heart doppler but cant hear anything 
am 14 weeks by the way!!

You should probably be able to feel the baby’s littlest movements pretty soon. I think I was about 15 weeks with my second when he really started making his presence known.
As fo the doppler, I’d say they’re a big waste of money. They don’t always work until the baby is bigger.
I think around 16 to 20 weeks is when the flutters start. You should be able to hear the hb around 10-12 weeks. Your doppler may not be strong enough and it also depends on the amount of body fat already on your stomach.
Doppler’s aren’t a waist of money, you just need a good quality one, i have a doppler called "sonotrax" and it has been able to pick my girls heart beat up since i was 12 weeks, im now 19weeks and i can find her everyday without fail.
As for movements im only just starting to feel slight movements now, but everyone is different
