You know, my girls were so much more active than my boys. He's still tiny and your not going to feel everything he does yet. But don't worry, by the time I hit around 30 weeks with my son, I wanted him to stop kicking the tar out of me. HA! My girls have kicked the tar out of me from about 20 weeks on. He sounds like he is doing great. His movements will get stronger and more pronounced over the next several weeks. If however you don't see them becoming more so then do check with your doc. Take it easy. Sounds like your doing everything right. I was worried about my son too but when they hooked me up to the fetal moniter it turned out he was moving more than I thought. Good luck momma. Take it easy.

All babies are different I am 27 weeks this week and it's seems my baby boy never sleeps but just a week ago I had to gently push on my belly so he would move after hours of no movement the baby is so big now if they go hours and no movement just gently push on your belly and wake her up it won't harm the baby if you are not comfortable with that buy a doppler from Walmart or online and try to listen to the heartbeat
