What does the fetal heart beat sound like on a Doppler ?

I think I’ve found the heartbeat on my hi-bebe Doppler it sounds a bit like a skipping/ jump rope going around really fast - am I right in thinking this is my babies heart beat? Thanks.
Hi Billie, I am nearly 16 weeks just to warn you I couldn’t hear anything until 14 weeks.

it sounds like a horse galloping.. thats the only way i can describe it. It is so beautiful, it will be pretty fast. But me & my fiance both think it sounds like a galloping horse. As far as what you heard, it may have been the baby’s heartbeat, but its hard to hear it @ home real early. But if it sounding like a jumping rope really fast, that was most likely it. Did you have it on your lower stomach?
The babies heart will always be fast…any where from 125-175bpm. How far along are you? I just bought one and am expecting it in a few days. I’m only 2months 1week in but I’m hoping it works.

the heart beat is faster then yours and probably a bit fainter so yeah it sounds like it
it’ll sound like a loud swishing sound, kinda like it does at the doctor’s office. i know with my little girl she’s never had a heartbeat less than 150bpm so it should sound super fast
the baby’s heartbeat can be fast than you think, if not, your baby’s in trouble, go to the doctor, if the baby’s heartbeat is slow. Congrats on your arrival.

Anything from like a skipping rope to like a train. My 5yr old son came with me to listen to the babies heart beat and said "the babies playing with a train in there mummy"

sounds like you found the heart.. but it might have just been your own, for pregnant woman a heart rate of 100 bpm is normal.. the baby’s heart rate is going to be really fast. (about 135 bpm)
you are lucky if it was the baby, my monitor wouldn’t pick anything up until i was in my 3rd trimester…
