Most of them don’t work, or the sound quality is very poor.
Wait a few weeks and you’ll feel your baby kicking, save your money, buy something for your little one instead. :]
xx
I was gonna say Angelsounds before I even clicked the link! There is one on Amazon for about £15.99, plus you will need to get some gel which is about £1.99 for a 250ml bottle. I would definitely recommend them.
If you are going to get 1 use the ones the midwifes use a proper fetal doppler you can rent them
But a word of warning whilst you can hear the heart beat unless you know what you are looking for they are useless
The midwife does not just look for the heart beat she looks for other things as well things we don’t know what to look for
Many a time a mum has listened to her baby’s heart beat thinks every thing is ok and turns out its not!
personally i would not bother!
hi, don’t get the angel sounds as it is not an actual doppler, it is just a sound amplifier!!i have a proper one which i rent for just £10 per month from dopplerhire.co.uk!!
i had it from 12 weeks and picked up the heart beat right away! i’m now 33 weeks and its a lot stronger!! my 6 year old daughter uses it to listen too, so does my partner and my sister!!
these are the proper ones that the midwife and drs use!! i looked into the one in your link and a lot of reviews said you cannot really hear anything till late in pregnancy and it did not always work, which would cause you to worry without the need to!
check out dopplerhire.co.uk i recommend them!!!
