Thinking of getting a fetal doppler - anyone used one before?

This is my 3rd baby but fetal dopplers weren’t really available with my first two.
I used to worry a lot if I didn’t feel them move and a friend of my husband recently lost a baby at 39 weeks due to a silent abruption. This is also making me paranoid.
Would anyone reccommend using a doppler at home or are they not worthwhile.
Thanks for answers.

the best one to get and most reliable in picking up spounds are the Huntleigh models .
They are the most sought after
their is one on ebay currently.I will give you the link .I have been thorugh three. For different reasons I did not like the others.Either the speaker was not loud enough or it did not pick up quick . With the HUntleigh I hardly have any problems finding the baby’s heart beat .
I also lost twins last year in my second trimester and know how you feel
their is a site that tested a few and also got the best results forn the HUntleigh. Many doctors use this same model

I’ve got one and I love it! I’ve got the Hi-bebe BT-200 LCD. I heard the heartbeat at 9w 5d, and I listen every day. It’s so reassuring and I recommend it! It took me a while to find the heartbeat at first, but now I’m 13w 4d, and I find it immediately, loud and clear.
Good luck!
