I went thru that with my second pregnancy and for several nights. I was hurting in one specific place on my stomach and abdomen. I went to the doctor and he told me I had muscle spasms. The doctor told me that my baby was pushing and kicking me more in that area and was sore. You can take some tylenol and use a hot compressor in the area that it hurts.This worked for me, I even did it while I was at work. I hope this works for you and that the pain stops.
