Question about fetal heartbeat dopplers?
Im almost 15 weeks, and I just got myself an Angelsounds doppler so I can list to my baby’s heartbeat every day and know its ok. I was just wondering for those of you who have used or are using a doppler, what is the other sounds I can hear, it sounds like a really loud interference, whats goin on in there, is it when the baby moves it makes that noice? Im curious, sometimes its so loud I jump after a couple peaceful minutes of just hearing baby’s heartbeat!

Yeah, the interference is movement… That happens sometimes at my prenatal appointments.
Yeah the loud interference sound is when your baby makes a sudden movement.
I remember the same thing happening to me when the nurse was listening to my sns heartbeat.
Its such a sudden and loud noise hey, it makes you jump!!!!!
If it sounds like a loud ‘pop’ it is probably baby kicking. I get it all the time when I am using my doppler. You can hear all sorts of other random whooshing and gurgling noises, which a lot of the time are your body!
