Ok Ladies I need your help?

My husband & I bought a fetal doppler which we have been using for a couple of weeks now. We are expecting our third child. I am currently 17 wks almost 18 wks along. We were using it this morning and heard our babies heartbeat (the same we always hear even at doctors office) for some reason I wanted to move it around my stomach to hear the baby move but found a different heart beat. My husband and I looked at each other in shock. Our babies heartbeat is very slow compare to this heartbeat which sounds like a horse running. They were in two different parts of my stomach and two different heartbeats. We have an ultrasound scheduled for thursday I will be 18 wks by than. We are so confused.
What do you think this is? Is it what we are thinking? I am a twin by the way.

Are you bigger than average would you say?
You could be hearing your heartbeat and your babys or of course
it could be twins.
You might be having Twinss!!!!

Could be! That is the only thing I can think that would cause 2 heart beats. Unless of course you were picking up your heart and your baby’s.

the slow one should be your heartbeat and the fast one is the babies…
you would be HUGEEEEEEEEEEEEEE
and your pregnancy symptoms would be DOUBLE
i think you guys are hearing the same heart beat Just in a weird way or something
