If the doctor is not concerned then I would think everything is fine, unless told otherwise.
1] all US measurements are plus or minus two weeks
2] So, BPD [ biparietal diameter, or mesurement form one SIDE of head to other [ like ear to ear ] of 38 - normal for 37 weeks.
This is the most important one for dates!
3] AC [ abdominal circumference ] of 35 - normal
4] FL [ femur length ] of 34 - just a bit low - talk to doc
AC and FL are used to estimate fetal weight. This is less accurate as baby gets bigger [ more than 5.5 pounds ]. Apparently he/she will not be a chubbo!
