Is fetal heart rate of 190 bpm to high at 34 weeks?
The past two ultrasounds iv had the babies heart rate has been up to 190 bpm, so the Dr put me on the monitors for 20 minutes and it always goes down, but when I check at home with the fetal doppler i rented it has been 190 as well, what causes this and is that too high at 34 weeks?
It is definetly the babies heart rate, the ultrasound showed that… our 1st daughter was stillborn at 36 weeks for unknown reason… thats why i am so concerned…i just want to know if that is to high so i can say something on friday at my next visit…

It could just be you under stress or the baby getting excited and moving around and such. You should ask your doctor why it is so high and tell him/her that you have a home doppler that also has it as high.
Get a second opinion from another doctor. A fetal HR is typically fast, though.
yes that is high I got put in the hospital for that. But if your dr thought something more was going on I am sure they would tell you. and sometimes the doppler can pick your heartbeat up to so it makes it seem like the baby’s is fast. That is what the thought was going on with me till they did an ultra sound and seen it was the baby’s
im 34 weeks also and was just told they want me to have a nonstress test every week, when i had one today my babys HR would spike up to 189 the go back down to normal…the doc said that its normal for it to spike it while shes moving around and that the like that it means they r getting plenty of oxygen
this is normal and nothing to be stressed about, usually when the baby moves or does a fast jolt it will spike and go back down. this is ok and please don’t stress over this cause it will also cause the baby to be stressed and also have a high reading.
