I bought a Sonotrax one there for less than 100 dollars, which is a steal considering many sell for between 100 and 1,000 dollars at retail. You can also rent one if you'd rather for a reasonable monthly fee and just send it back when you're done with it, from sites like http://www.babybeat.com/ I love mine, it's definitely given me comfort in between appointments.
