I use my fetal doppler every day, is that safe?

I have read it is safe, but I want to hear more opinions…
So far I have had it for a couple weeks and have used it once a day. Twice a day on two occasions. Not for very long, maybe about a minute or two each time.
I am 18 weeks pregnant.

It’s totally safe! I used to use my everyday too, until I started feeling my baby kicking! I still use it occasionally, but MUCH MUCH less. I’m sure you will too
its safe! use it everyday!
It is absolutely fine…it doesnt use a radiation to provide sound from it so there is nothing wrong with it.
My midwives advised me that it’s not safe, even to do it frequently. The baby does not like dopplers, and only someone with a profession like theres would be able to do it for check-ups, and also use it properly.

I think it’s fine! Im surprized that you can hear anything that early! What kind of Doppler are you using?
I was told by my midwife that it can produce heat which may be harmful with prolonged use. She suggested only using it for just long enough to make sure the heart beat was there then put it away. I stuck to that, usually 1-2 times a day and my son is fine. Once I could feel him move every day I stopped using it.
