I am so worried and scared!?
I am 13 weeks pregnant plus a few days and I am worrying! I keep hearing that the risk of miscarriage at this point in pregnancy is very low. How low is it? I have a fetal doppler at home and used it yesterday morning and heard the heartbeat which always puts a huge smile on my face and gives me great relief! So it is true what they say? Is the risk of miscarriage very low now for me?

if your not bleeding or anything, and your getting strong heart beats, then I’m sure all is going well with your baby. and your little bub isn’t going anywhere. good luck.
As long as your not cramping or any signs of bleeding you should be fine. But if you feel that anything is off have them do a ultrasound. I had syptoms adn miscarried but that was due to the doctor not believing me so if you feel like your not getting the care you need get a new doctor.
well, there is technically still a chance. but don’t worry, it is very low at this point. my doctor always told me that when you can hear a strong heart beat then the chances of miscarriage go down. and the chance of a miscarriage after 12 weeks, is something like under a 5 % chance. with both of my pregnancies when I passed the 12 week mark, I felt pretty safe that I wouldn’t miscarry. on average, if a woman is going to miscarry, most on average will do it between week 6-8. that’s the most common time. and also a lot of woman will miscarry before they even know you are pregnant. Try not to stress and worry tho. if your not bleeding or anything, and your getting strong heart beats, then I’m sure all is going well with your baby. and your little bub isn’t going anywhere. good luck.
Congratulations on approaching your second trimester! Before 14 weeks your chances of miscarriage are 1 in 3. But you are almost to that magical point now when the odds go down. The reason for 14 weeks is that is when the baby starts to make hormones on its own and the placenta takes over. This mother/ child hormonal shift can either go seemlessly or not. Sometimes there is some spotting marking this time. FOc oruse with any bleeding at this poitn go straight to your doctor to be evaluated but it is probably nothign serious. After that final shift the baby is generally going to stay put!
u r +ve thinking will fade all risks
