As of right now, there is no evidence that using a doppler often will cause harm to a developing fetus. But, as explained to me by my Dr., that is an issue that is still being studied so on the same hand, there is no evidence that it is safe. There’s really no need to do it everyday.

I used mine once or twice a day until I felt regular movement. I think you are using it just fine!

I say enjoy honey… I love every hospital visit I have because I get to hear my little man’s heartbeat!
But personally I chose not to get one as I know I am a worry wort and would freak out if I couldnt find his heartbeat or something….
