Just wondering where I can buy a good one at? I want to listen to my babies heartbeat when I want to.

I just recently bought one from this website..http://www.healthchecksystems.com/hi_bebe_fetal_doppler_bt200.htm
not sure how good they are, I haven’t got it yet but it sounded good from what I read.. it’s a lot cheaper than renting one.. I bought mine for $80. when you rent them you spend way more than that in like 3-6 months of renting…if you still want to rent one here are some websites… http://www.storkradio.com

I didn’t even know you could buy one of those! Awesome, I would love one. Are they expensive?
I suggest renting one online. I bought one at Target and it was a huge waste of money. I’m 34 weeks and still haven’t been able to hear my baby’s heart beat using it, even though I can feel EXACTLY where he is.
I’ve heard some ladies use Bebesounds. Look them up online.
I bought a bebe sounds and could never hear my daughter’s heartbeat.
I’ve heard Bebesounds are pretty good. and they’re not expensive, they sell them at Wal-mart, Target, and Babies R Us.
I’ve also heard that if you’re in your third trimester (or near the end of your second trimester) you can hear your baby’s heartbeat with a stethoscope, but some people get confused with it, so its more complicated.
I bought one of those things to listen to the baby’s heart beat at wal-mart. It just made me frustrated because I couldn’t hear anything. Everyone else I talked to gets real good results from it though. Even hearing the baby’s heart beat early on. Sooo…. Good luck. I think they are like 20 bucks. Maybe try a friends first and see if it works for you.
I imagine that type of equipment would be really expensive, but if you have the money, go for it. You might want to try an internet search w/something like "prenatal monitor reviews." That usually works for me when I want to read reviews/customer feedback on a certain product.
i live in marion indiana and we have some at walmart for 19.99 and they work great. u could find them in the baby section with baby thermonitors and nose suckers
I want one, but I have heard nothing but bad things about them (too expensive, they don’t work, not worth it, etc..) so I decided against it. Plus, I have an anterior placents so it takes forever to find my son’s heartbeat using one of those things anyway. It would just worry me to death if one day I was unable to pick up his heartbeat and I would freak out even though everything’s fine. I would say don’t bother with it.
P.S. If you do decide to get one, don’t buy it until you are past 20 weeks. You won’t be able to hear anything at all until then.
you can rent or buy an actual fetal doppler at stork radio the bebe sounds and such have too much interference to get a good sound and always worried me more than help
My doctor told me that they aren’t really worth it. They really only work in the third trimester and even then it isn’t a guarantee. It does work for some people though so just keep that in mind if you decide to try it anyway. Good luck.
my wife got one from here.it worked great.it came with the gel too.it was only like $16 a month.we used it from about 4 months pregnant on.you can keep it for as long as you want.http://www.heartones.com/
I was very worried in the beginning of my pregnancy, so I rented a doppler from babyfm.com It’s about $30 a month for a basic one. It was a huge relief for me to be able to check on my baby whenever I wanted. It takes time in the beginning to learn how to use it, but then it’s very simple. I kept it until I was 21 weeks, when I could feel my baby and didn’t worry as much. I recommend this company because most others will make you get written permission from your doctor. This one doesn’t. I told my doctor that I had one and she didn’t think it was a good idea because I was worrying so much. But it made me feel more at ease and I will definitely get one when I am pregnant with #2. Good luck!
the BebeSounds monitor does not work for me
