fetal heart tone question?

okay, so im 13 weeks and i work at the hospital. i had the ER Dr. and some of my nurse co-workers try to find my babies heartbeat cause i haven’t heard it yet. we kept finding my heartbeat but we were getting numbers on the fetal doppler like 159 and 176. we think we may have heard the swooshing of the placenta but never actually heard the heartbeat. do you think these numbers were my baby?!

yep it was the baby … bet its a girl too with those numbers…

your babies heart beat is usually twice of the mothers … i freaked when i saw it … but the doctor said it was good and he is a healthly little boy
yes i just heard my babys heart beat yesterday (march 10th) and it was reading around in that area try down near your bladder and see if the baby is there. he or she might have been hiding while you were doing that, lol mine tried to.
