Call your doctor if you are concerned, but I don't think there is anything to worry about. I had fraternal twins, both boys and their heart rates were NEVER exactly the same.

I am 33 weeks pregnant with twin boys and their heartbeats are almost always different. As long as the bpms are between 110 and 170 you really shouldn't worry. The bpm's are constantly changing. Try not to worry but if you can't help it call your dr. Good luck fellow twin mom.

One could be a boy and the other a girl, girls have higher bpms. But you should call your Dr. just to be sure its nothing serious.
