Hi- Im 11 weeks preg with first. Just a worried mother….already…Curious…if the baby has a healthy heartbeat and doesn’t grow, or measures at a different week, what does this mean??
I have my next ultrasound in 1 week and Im just nervous! I want healthy growing baby!

I have a fetal doppler and I listen to my baby’s fast little heartbeat a lot and so I know its about 140-165 according to the doppler. I’m just worried because i can’t can weight, and still skinny. not showing NOT AT ALL not even a tiny pouch bulge- stomach is completely flat. Just worried that baby stopped growing, but still has a heartbeat. Possible?

this is my second pregnancy in 7 yrs ..also i dont feel the baby alllllllllll the time i guess thats also normal i have a fetal doppler and iam able to hear the babys heartbeat everyday i just hope baby is growing well….hb has been between 140’s and 160’s

Like i went on a pregnancy check list site and I found the following listed::

Doppler
Intermittent external fetal monitoring
Intermittent internal fetal monitoring

You don’t need to have one of those when doing home birth right?
Or do i have to pay for one of those or have the birthing assistant have one of those?
What are those like though? I won’t let the mid-wife do anything really with needles or seeing or touching me,she can touch the baby when his head sort of comes out but still, I won’t let her touch the my vagina or bitch me out or see my pussy.
I mean touch my pussy or my boobs,doctors seem to like to argue with me about this,ever since i was 6 they would question me. :O
I’m not worried i just believe it is between a man and a woman to see the vagina or even really touch it or insert things.
Maybe he should be the one doing all the work. He is kind of worried to do that though but his mom is a nurse though for that stuff.

this is my second pregnancy too ..but its been 7 yrs..iam overweight a little most my weight is in my belly too have belly fat…sometimes my belly is hard i guess depending on the bab ys position??? i do have a fetal doppler and hear the babys heart beat everyday..i just hope its growing ok…heart beat is always 150-155 ..cant wait for my ultrasound on thursday to find out what iam having i just hope i go in and everything is going well…

My husband picked this up in the store today for like . I just want to know for the most part how good it is. Seeing as how I am in my 17th week of pregnancy.
Actually I was able to hear a heart-beat it was 135. Just wanted to know for the most part how reliable it was, was all.

well so my doctor seems to think im pregnant again my blood test result the other day showed my hcg level 38 i took a clear blue test yesterday it said pregnant 1-2weeks which makes me around 3-4 weeks ..

i have had two missed miscarriages both one after the other had d&c most recent was 3rd of june that’s why i got confused wether i was pregnant again..

anyway well so of course i told my hubby im pregnant again but he just doesn’t want to talk about it until after 12 weeks.. i can understand but what he doesn’t seem to understand is i need someone to talk about my worries and fears & he just doesn’t want to listen .. but he is happy about it he even said this time around we were going to buy a fetal doppler and monitor the heart rate at 8+ weeks . as i seemed to lose my babies between week 9 & 10

but my question is i don’t want to go to the doctor for checks up until im 12 weeks is this alright to do ? since they only give you a scan and tell you come back at 12 weeks anyway ..

i have been pregnant 5 times & have 3 children so im quiet aware on what not to do & to take prenatal vitamins etc so would i be alright in doing this ( not seeing the doctor for awhile ) to be honest i just don’t want a scan & it tell me my baby is dead again ..

Of course, I immediately used it because I was so excited. I used it for around 2 minutes before I finally found a heartbeat which was between 170-175bpm. Sometimes it would go back down to 70-80bpm which I’m pretty sure it was my heartbeat. So the question is, is 170-175bpm a good heartbeat for a baby?

Today I am 15 and a half weeks and at my OB appointment today the doctor couldn’t find the fetal heartbeat using the doppler :(. I have an emergency ultrasound booked for Wed now to make sure there is still a heartbeat but I’m very scared. She said it may be nothing as I am underweight (only 100 pounds) and have still been throwing up a lot as of last night.

Everything was fine and normal when I had my ultrasound done at 14 weeks and she said I shouldn’t be too worried as I have not bled or spotted or anything. She said she could not distinguish if there was another heartbeat next to the sound of mine, she thinks it may have been behind an area she was checking a lot.

Do you think I have anything to worry about? Or could my baby still be ok? I am only 21 years old and this is my first pregnancy. Help.. I’m really scared. </3

My 12 week checkup is coming on Monday! They are not doing an ultrasound just going to listen with the doppler. WIll they be able to hear a heatbeat with the doppler at 12 weeks? I can’t remember them using the doppler with my frist at 12 week but they probably did. I dont know! Im a little nervous they wont find it and I will be left wondering if everything is ok. ….

ive got a angelsounds fetal doppler the heart beat sounds strong and fast then slows way down the thooding one nose say it goes der der der der then slows down to der der der i dont no what to do as its friday evening here all midwifes that deal with me will now be closed and im sure hey wont give me a scan is this normal ?

Hi, right now im 30 weeks pregnant and i have a nice at home fetal doppler but while listening sometimes my babys heart rate will slow way down, but then speed right back up…it sounds so scary. I talked to my doctor about it and he said baby’s can hold onto their umbilical cords and almost make themselves pass out….He said she was normal and I shouldnt worry. I also had a pretty thorough u/s at 28 weeks at a technicians office so they could find my placenta…but they also checked her over as well….they measured her and said she was completely fine….anyways my question is has this happened to anyone else..have you ever heard your babys heart rate decelerate….?

Hi, I am almost 18 weeks pregnant and just got my Doppler and worried about heartrate.
My babys heartrate was always strong at 8weeks - 141bpm and 13weeks - 169bpm but at my last midwife appointmnet 17weeks - 124bpm? now i have my doppler it has a screen to tell you but it changes to much not sure if its right because i count the heartbeats for 15seconds then times it by 4 to get how many in a minute like the midwife said to and its low hundreds and between 100 - 125 so im pretty worried! the doppler said 135bpm but he also told me my heartrate was 190bpm at one stage so i do not think its accurate. should i be worried?
It is, I have rented it from the local doctors, but I get the screen isent right but I was told by my midwife to count the heartbeats for 15 seconds then times it by 4 and well im 100% sure I know how to count so im sure im getting the right numbers but i wanted to know what should I do if it stays this low, not told to through it out regarless of weather it worrys me doesent change the fact the heartrate is low, plus my pregnacy is high risk.

my dad’s friend just gave me a fetal doppler, & i can’t find the heartbeat. i’m 14 weeks tomorrow, june 21st, & i’m worried. is there definitely blood if you have a miscarriage? because i haven’t seen any blood, but does that matter when determining if my baby’s still alive? i’m also using ky lubricant instead of ultrasound gel, does that matter? my dad won’t set up a doctors appointment for me, & i’m moving to colorado on sunday BECAUSE of my pregnancy. & i don’t want to go out there if i don’t even have a baby. please help.

My son and his girlfriend broke up on April 8th she started dating a new boy on April 13th she is pregnant and was able to hear the baby’s heart beat on June 9th with a Doppler at the E.R…she hasn’t come out and said how many weeks she was even though several people have ask could this be her new boyfriends baby?
Do you think if she conceived on the 13 Of april that would make her around 8-9wks. So is it possible for them to hear it that soon with no ultra sound?

You are all going to think I’m crazy, but hear me out! This is my very first pregnancy. I am 11.5 weeks and I have a pocket doppler that I use to listen to my babys heartbeat. The other day I was lying on my back, very still, listening to the heartbeat with the wand, when all the sudden there was a thump sound on the doppler and I felt this sort of fluttery vibration an inch or so below the heartbeat, then I lost the heartbeat and couldnt find it. Did I feel my baby move? I am certain it moved as I have heard fetal movement with my doppler before, but that was the first time ive felt the little flutter!

BTW the doc says i am 11 weeks according to my last menstrual cycle (which is like clockwork) but he says I am measuring about 3 weeks large, so i might be further along. I have an ultrasound next week to confirm.

The other night when I went to the bathroom, I noticed a little bit of pink blood in my underwear. When I wiped there was blood on the toilet paper too. I waited about 45 minutes and wiped again and there was no more blood. I have an at home fetal heart doppler so I found the heartbeat and listened for awhile, it sounded fine so I went to bed. I had a doctors appt today and I told me doctor about the spotting and she said she wanted to schedule me an ultrasound at the hospital as soon as possible. They got me in for 8 tomorrow morning, but I am just wondering what the possible causes might be…I know I didn’t misscarry because we heard the heartbeat today too. Any one else have this happen?
