We could only ever hear my heartbeat and we haven't bothered with this pregnancy. I think they are a waste of money. A friend of mine bought one when she was pregnant and every time she tried it she couldn't hear anything and panicked that her baby had died or there was something wrong with it. Her doctor told her to stop using it because it was making her worry and putting stress on the baby. I got one when i was 13 weeks I got cheap one from ebay for like £9 (uk) it's called Angel sounds and it's ace!! It took me a while to use because i didn't realize i had to put water on my stomach :L so i was like what a load of crap. But at 14 weeks i tried it again and suddenly it was amazing :D I use it everyday nearly :) Good luck xxx Yes definitely!

I got cheap one from ebay for like £9 (uk)
it’s called Angel sounds
and it’s ace!!
It took me a while to use because i didn’t realize i had to put water on my stomach :L so i was like what a load of crap. But at 14 weeks i tried it again and suddenly it was amazing :D
I use it everyday nearly :)

I also hear that it's not good for the baby to do it a lot. I was soo tempted to buy one in the beginning of my pregnancy cause I was paranoid about EVERYTHING!!
