Fetal Dopplers?

Hi all…just wondering (for those of you who have one)…how often do you use your fetal doppler to listen to the heartbeat? I know they are safe but I’ve heard some say that they shouldn’t be used too often…thanks
when you say moderation…is that once per week, once per month??

While you pregnant maybe use every time you go to see the docter for doing ante natal care but during delivery period may be on electric fetal monitoring or use doppler listen to fetal heart sound every 1 hour in latent phase and every 30 min. in active phase and every 5 min when you push.
just use the doppler in moderation.
