Im 12 weeks and I wanted my mum to hear the babys heartbeat so i got the doppler out and after a while i finally found it but it was so faint and then it moved, i then found it two more times and it kept fading away and i would search that area again and i wouldnt hear anything. I started hearing the heartbeat at 11 weeks and it was really clear but now its faint and keeps moving, last week i was able to keep the probe on it and have a good listen and now im lucky if i get 5 seconds and theres so much whooshing and stuff, is this normal?
thanks. i was just really worried as i would normally find it within a few minutes and it would be clear, but today i was trying for ages but baby kept moving :( really wanted my mum to hear it clearly
