Yes, when your baby is sleeping it's going to be lower and when your baby is moving around its going to be higher. Try not to stress over it but I know it can be so hard not to. I've had 2 high risk pregnancies so I know where you are coming from! Good luck with everything and try to sit back and enjoy your pregnancy! Try laying on your left side and drinking some OJ that seems to wake up a lot of babies. If you were further along I'd suggest kick counts but that won't do any good really at 20 weeks. If you get really worried and haven't felt the baby call your OB that's what they are there for.

Yes. Fetal heart rate can even fluctuate minute to minute and it is usually nothing to worry about.

Actually it is healthy for the heartrate to flucuate like that. When doctors set up monitoring they look for a set number of flucuations in a set time period. Also when baby is sleeping heartrates are lower. If you are concerned though call your doctor, they expect these questions and would rather you call then not.

That is very normal. Both very good heart beats. When your baby is active the heart rate will be higher then when he isn't.
Good Luck.
High Risk Too
