I have a sonoline 3 mhz fetal doppler that i use and it picks up the baby’s heart rate every time, now what i’m wondering, am I hearing kicks because I hear like this loud noise it sounds like it does kick it because then the little fella moves away and I have to move the probe to find him again.

yes you should be able to hear baby with the doppler, if you are hearing like a tapping sound and some fluids moving thats your baby, it is difficult to find babys heartbeat i bought a standard doppler and found it difficult to find which was babies hert beat and which wasnt so i got one that indicated fetal heartbeat with a digital screen (£32 from amazon) and i find the heart beat every time!
