I’m just trying to find out if you can hear the baby moving and kicking on the fetal doppler? Sometimes when I am listening to the heartbeat i can hear other sounds just trying to see if its the baby moving or something else.

Sometimes depending on how far along you are you can..especially in your 3rd trimester…it will sound sorta like a thump!
no. ul hear the heartbeat
it all depends… some times it’s your heartbeat some times its just gas in your belly and other times well yess it can be the baby moving…
You hear all kinds of sounds on the dopplar, it picks up everything going on in your belly. Gas rumblings, blood rushing, baby movements if he is actually hitting something when he/she moves. It’s weird, and being untrained in the sounds the human body makes means you probably won’t recognize what the sound’s source it though. Just enjoy the heartbeat, you’ll get tired of feeling him move around when you get farther along!!
yes, when my baby kicks you can hear a thumping sound using the dopler, also hear the fluid moving around when the baby moves, and funny burp-like noises! I guess they could just be my tummy rumbling though! You can also hear the ’swooshing sound’ of everything passing in and out of the placenta.
Yeah you can hear them kicking and swooshing around. Half the time when the midwives are listening to the heartbeat you can hear the baby moving more than you hear the heart beat.
