Normally at that stage, I would say it's normal for the pattern of movement to change, however, you clearly have a history of premature births and should be very cautious. I hope you have a Dr's appointment soon, if not, make one, and I hope your Dr. is aware of your history and is taking appropriate precautions for you. Again, could be nothing, but you do have a history so there is not reason not to have some concern.
Good Luck

Being almost 23 weeks the baby is still small and you might not feel all his movements. I would try not to worry. You can call the dr.

There were times when I was pregnant that the babies didn't seem to move. My dr would suggest drinking something and laying on my left side for an hour and count movements. As long as I felt 4 with in an hour they told me not to worry.

hi Hun i get the same with my little boy, I'm 22 weeks 1 day and he has his days where i dint feel any movement, try and relax i usually find when I'm laying there all relaxed he starts kicking, apparently this is normal and they don't have any consistency to their movements until 28 weeks, if your worried in any way i would contact your midwife as you experienced less movements before I'm sure she would understand your concerns good luck x

I've always heard that sometimes they just don't move as much as they normally do,
and then they pick it up again later.
To be on the safe side,
call your OBGYN and ask them.
But i'm sure your lil man is just fine.
don't stress hun.
it won't help.
Be pos.
he's okay. :)
Just call to cover all bases and your dr may or may not want to give you an ultrasound.
if you want one to be sure,
be persistant.
it's your baby.
not theirs. :)

I wouldnt worry too much hun, baby's do have quiet days.

Im 26w 1d and my baby didnt move very much for a couple of days a few days ago. I have noticed though when i am really busy they seem to be the days baby doesnt move as much. He/she is sure making up for it now lol

As long as you are picking up the heartbeat regularly i wouldnt worry unless your instinct tells you something is wrong.

Congrats on your pregnancy x
