Every pregnancy is different, but it's completely normal for your baby to kick lightly one day and stronger the next, then back to being able to barely feel it. I'm 25 weeks and 5 days and ever since my baby boy was 19 weeks 3 days he moves constantly. I have a video from when he was 23 weeks and you can see him moving around in there already. It all depends. I can feel Mj (my baby boy) move everyday, pretty much all day. He's already starting to wake me up in the middle of the night if he starts moving like crazy. lol Give it a few more weeks and you'll feel the baby move all the time :)
