I am 11 weeks pregnant. I ordered a fetal doppler online and I got it today. I listened to the heartbeat 3 separate times and only got 108 bpm. This is really low according to the normal range of 120 to 180 that Ive heard. When I went for my 7 week ultrasound it was within normal range at 134 bpm. Now Im 11 weeks, just listened, and its only 108. Has anyone else had this happen to them? Or had a healthy baby that ever had a low heartrate?

I’ve seen a few different kinds of portable heartbeat monitors and think they are really neat. Has anyone used one and had it work well for them? This is the one I am looking at.

I mean im 13 weeks and 3 days and since yesterday I’ve been feeling like a dull constant cramp around my uterus, they arent too strong but they are uncomfortable. I was wondering if this was normal? I have a fetal doppler and I used it today and I heard the baby’s heartbeat so I was wondering what this was? Also it seems like the bump that I had where my uterus should be isnt as big anymore? I have an appointment wed. so I was wanting to know if someone could please help. Thank you so much for any advice.

I had 2 miscarriages before I had my daughter so I have been pretty paranoid this pregnancy. I bought an angel sounds fetal doppler through ebay but don’t want to continue using it if it could be harmful to the baby.

ok i have a home fetal doppler. well 3 days ago i found the babys heartbeat for the 1st time by myself it was 170. then i tried later that day and it was 161 ( i know it is gonna fluctuate), well i then found it the next day and it was 158. and then i wasnt able to find it after that. i tried again yesterday night and i think i heard it but i was slow it sounded like the babys heartbeat but it read like 90. and mine was about 86. i tried today and i heard it again but it was really slow still like in the 80s.

i know there is a chance its mine but u can hear the difference in the babys and mine not by the beat but by the sound.

can there be a chance that the baby is turned a certain way and i cant hear the full heartbeat? or should i be worried? im 11 weeks 4 days

Went for a check up today and when the N.P tried to use the Doppler to find the heart beat she was having trouble so she had an ultrasound done. At first the ultrasound tech had a heart beat of around 95bpm but after looking and measuring the baby she found a heart beat higher around like 145bpm I think. Do you think she found the wrong heart beat or is it possible for the fetus heartbeat to jump like that?

I am 13 weeks 4 days pregnant and cant seem to find the heart beat with the angel sounds at home doppler. Ive tried gel,water,oil…but all I hear is static. Just wondering if I should be worried..I heard the heart beat at the hospital with their doppler at 12 weeks.

I am 15 weeks pregnant.. and I just don’t feel pregnant. I haven’t had any naseau, had light cramping a couple days ago, but now I feel nothing. No pains, no movement. I’ve had a miscarriage before and now I just worry all the time. I have a fetal doppler here at home but haven’t been able to find the heart beat. I seen my doc when I was 12 weeks and 5 days and don’t see him again til the 18th.. and im a thicker girl so i dont even really have a baby bump yet. Is this normal to not feel anything? Am I looking to into it? I feel I should just relax and enjoy the beginning of the 2nd trimester. But im paranoid!

I rented a doppler and was checking every few days to make sure I could hear my babys heartbeat. I’m paranoid because last year I had a miscarriage at 8 weeks. I lifted something a little too heavy today and got paranoid so I went to check it and now I’m not able to hear it at all and it’s freaking me out. I thought I found it but it was 90 bpm , too slow to be his. I just went to the dr last Tuesday and his heart beat was 153 bpm. Please set my mind at ease. I’m really freaking out.

ok i bought a hi bebe fetal doppler it was the one with the LCD screen. on march 3rd i went to the obgyn and they heard the heartbeat with there doppler and it was 172, she found it in like 3 mins.

now i know i am not a doctor but i cannot find the babys heartbeat for the life of me! i find mine and thats it. i go all around my lower abdomen in circles back and forth slowly and i dont get nothing. i get a wind tunnel but from what i read that is the plencta… but i cannot find the heartbeat i was 10 weeks when she found it and now im 11 weeks and i cant. any tips? im trying not to worry but it is in the back of my head.

should i be worried or keep trying??

also can i use aloe vera gel instead of the ultrasound jelly

I just ordered a fetal doppler from BabyBeat.com. I’m really excited about hearing my baby’s heartbeat at home and I think it will help me to be less worried and paranoid about her health and safety.

I looked around online a bit and read some really mixed reviews about this site and the product. I think I should have looked at the reviews before I ordered. LOL

But I’m wondering if anyone here has tried this and what they thought of it?

heartbeat and I felt a this little pop. I thought, "could THAT possibly be the baby?!" Then I dismissed it. Then it happened 3 more times, this bulge (movement)!!! Has this ever happened to anyone?!

I’m 12 weeks and 1day pregnant and I have an appointment on Friday and I will be 12 weeks and 3 days. If the doctor does a fetal heart doppler will I be able to find out if it’s a boy or girl or will it be too soon? I went at 10 weeks and 4 days and heard it but didn’t ask if it was too early or not. Will it be accurate or is it just best not to ask?

I’m 12 weeks today and my boyfriend and I were looking to buy a doppler to be able to listen to our little one’s heartbeat. Do you have and recommendations about where or what website to order one from? We would like a reasonably cheap one or not so expensive.

im currently 11 weeks pregnant and I just wanna tell the rest of my family and my husbands family. I have a fetal doppler and I use it once like every three to four days so I can hear the baby’s heart beat. So I was wondering if it was safe to start telling everyone next week? My 12 week appointment is next week. Im just so excited and wanna tell everyone! =]

ok well now i am at 9 weeks and i have lost all my pregnancy symptoms. i have to wait till march 3rd to go to the doc so they can possibly check the baby for a heartbeat. ( we 1st heard the heartbeat at 5 weeks 6 day it was 106, then at 8 weeks 1 day it was 160)…… but if they are able to hear a heartbeat and they say everything is fine. should i invest in a home doppler? i mean i think that would put my mind at ease, but i think (what if i cant find the heartbeat) i mean it would cause alot of worry.

what should i do? and i mean is loosing my symptoms this early normal? its been 5 days and i feel great when before i was nauseas 24/7 and my boobs hurt so bad, and now they dont.

I bought a fetal doppler about a month ago, mainly just to make myself feel better because I worry a lot and it is great to be able to hear my baby’s heartbeat when I’m worrying myself. Anyways the last 2 times I used it the baby was ‘running’ from it and was kicking more than I’ve ever felt him/her move, the baby doesn’t move much at all yet but when I used the doppler he or she was very active. Anyways so I got curious and looked online and read that the doppler sends sound waves or something and read that the baby is probably ‘running’ from it because the noise scares him/her. Well ever since then I have been afraid to use it, because obviously I don’t want to purposely scare my child, and I haven’t used it in a little over a week, but I have been having some pain and I’m worrying myself so badly I can’t stand it and I really want to use the doppler just long enough to find the heartbeat. I was wondering if the doppler scaring the baby can actually harm him or her? Do you think its safe to use it just for a couple minutes or should I not? I know really silly question but I am just so nervous, this is my 1st and I worry like crazy :/
