10 weeks pregnant and light pink spotting once.?

   I had the same thing happen to me last week when I was 10 weeks pregnant. I’m now 11 weeks pregnant. This only happened when I wipe and it was pinkish with discharge. I called the doctor’s office and they called me in just to make sure. We listened to baby’s heartbeat and everything was fine. This happens in pregnancy and no need to worry unless the bleeding increases and it’s actually red. Nurse explained that sometimes it can be the cervix when it’s sensitive but baby is fine.    I had this at 8 weeks. It happened twice, the blood for me a a very light pink and only happend after using the bathroom. My doctor told me it was fine, dark red blood, and doesnt go away is when you need to call. As long as it stays pink you should be ok. You could cal you ob office and talk to the nurse on duty to calm your nerves some, that may help.

   your probably just spotted its very common in pregnancy so dont be alarmed, only if it is bright red blood or contains clots should you get to the drs asap x
